Observations via Holly.
Holly: You know what I think is funny?
Michelle: What's that?
Holly: You go to bed at ungodly hours like 2am or something, but yet you get drunk at 4 in the afternoon.
Fair enough. But in my defense, I have been going to bed earlier lately.

the Future Mrs. Monaghan...
Michelle: [pointing out my new Drive Shaft t-shirt] See the t-shirt for my boyfriend's band I got for Christmas...
Joanna: [puzzled look]
Michelle: ...Charlie from LOST...
Joanna: Oh! [w/ trademark Joanna excitement] You should MARRY HIM!
Michelle: Ha! Sure...
Joanna: No, it would be perfect because you're both actors and you're both so petite!
Michelle: Oh, well of course.
Best part...marrying Charlie = Converse sneakers at the wedding.

from The Brothers Bloom.
Bloom: Do you ever feel cheated?
Penelope: The trick to not feeling cheated is to learn how to cheat. So I decided this wasn't the story about a miserable girl, trapped in a house that smelled like medical supplies, wasting her life on a dying person she sometimes hated. No, this was a story about a girl who could find infinite beauty in anything, any little thing, and could even love the person she was trapped with. And I told myself this story 'til it became true. Now did doing this help me escape a wasted life? Or did it blind me where I wouldn't want to escape it? I don't know. But either way, I was the one telling my own story. So no, I don't feel cheated at all.
...what a beautiful little lesson.

Michelle: One of the other girls mixed my screwdriver at this party last night and I'm pretty sure it was mostly just vodka.
Kevin: which is your kryptonite

Virgins are Better in Bed, Just Ask Tom →
“Girls who defer intercourse can get up to all kinds of sexual experimentation,” says Morrisey. “Usually people have sex first, then try to spice things up later. “But people wanting to stay virgins will often learn other ways to achieve satisfaction which can make them much more accomplished lovers!” From a 2005 article discussing Katie Holmes’ [now...

5 Favorite [fictional] Bad Boys.
‘Why do the good girls always want the bad boys?’ [Gwen Stefani] Try as I might to find myself a wholesome gentleman to date, I seem to consistently find myself drawn to the rebels, the ladies men, and the misunderstood bad boys.  Even in my movies, it’s the bad boy characters that make my heart beat a little bit faster.  Hopefully [for my own good] I’ll soon grow out of...

INDULGE: Champagne Celebrate with a toast! Bubbly is still festive and actually has a healthy side, too.  With a high level of polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant, Champagne has been shown to protect the brain against injuries incurred during a stroke, and neurological disorders like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. On the calorie side, a 4-oz. glass earns you only 85 calories. Mmmm….my...

Top 5 [Fictional] Role Models
“People never improve unless they look to some standard or example higher and better than themselves.” [Tyron Edwards] I am a creature that is incredibly shaped by my surroundings.  Everything I read, watched, or listened to as a child formed an image in my mind of the person that I wanted to become.  The amazing part is, looking back on these influences, I find that I have in fact...
